| The tenderers will submit 2(two) bids, Part-I and Part-II. In the Part-I bid qualification criteria and commercial offer, in the Part-II bid only price to be mentioned. Thus each tenderer has to submit two envelopes one for commercial bid(Part-I) and the other for price bid (Part-II). Both the envelopes should be sealed and to be kept in a separate envelope.
