On-line Tenders at URL https://eps.buyjunction.in are invited from the parties who fulfill pre-qualification criteria of NIT for the supply of above item (s) to our Khetri Copper Complex Unit, Khetrinagar, Dist. Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. You are requested to submit your quotation through Enterprise Procurement System (EPS) of M/s. Mjunction Service Ltd.(MJ) who is the service provider to HCL, under two part bid system for the above item (s) and as per terms and conditions attached herewith. a) You must mention our Enquiry No., date and date of opening over envelope containing your technical and commercial offer. Your Techno-commercial (Part-I) bid must be with technical offer of the item, supporting document for fulfillment of Pre-qualification criteria, delivery period, applicable rate of Excise Duty, Taxes and any other commercial conditions applicable for your offer and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amount as specified in the enquiry. b) Hard copy of our Tender Document, General Terms & Conditions (Annexure-I), Special Terms & Conditions (Annexure-II) and Check List (Annexure-‘A’) with your company’s seal and your signature as acceptance is also to be enclosed along with your Techno-Commercial (Part-I) offer. c) PRICE BID (PART-II) in hard copy form will not be accepted & they will be summarily rejected. PRICE must be quoted on-line at URL https://eps.buyjunction.in. Registration on the website is free of cost. Price to be submitted at URL https://eps.buyjunction.in before due date and closing time of the enquiry as FOR destination , delivery at our Central Stores basis. Cost of transportation of material and delivery at our central stores basis i.e. Freight amount may be indicated in your Price Bid separately. BIDDER MUST SUBMIT THEIR TECHNO-COMMERCIAL OFFER IN CLOSED & SEALED ENVELOP BEFORE THE DUE DATE AND TIME OF OPENING OF THE ENQUIRY.
