 The tenderers/bidders should be the manufacturers of Qualigen/S.D.Fine Chemicals/ Merck makes or their authorized distributors of the items. Authorized dealers/stockiest must submit current authorization certificate from their principals along with their offer otherwise their offer will not be considered.
           
 Bidding Instruction
 Please submit your offer in two bid system, Techno-Commercial bid & Price Bid. The Techno commercial bid will contain the EMD, authorization. commercial terms and other specifications while the second part Price Bid will contain the discount over their Price List. Both should be closed and put in a big envelope properly sealed subscribing the Enquiry No., Due date etc. and sent by post to the office of AGM( M& C) on or before the due date
